An automotive supplier from Mexico has purchased the ROCHO induction hardening system for surface hardening of automotive parts.
Surface hardening is a local heat treatment process that hardens the surface layer of steel to a certain depth to obtain hardness and wear resistance on the surface, while the core remains in its original state, with sufficient toughness and plasticity.
The induction hardening system adopts PLC electric control and automatic hardening system, and is connected with induction heating power supply to realize the positioning and scanning of metal workpieces. No manual operation is required in the hardening process, and the equipment automatically completes the hardening process, with high production efficiency and low labor intensity.
