ROCHO INDUCITON provided metal melting furnace to university laboratory

ROCHO INDUCITON received an order from the National University of Mexico to purchase an induction melting furnace for the school’s foundry laboratory to melt steel and ductile iron, and some non-ferrous metal alloys.

The scope of supply includes:
(1) 35kW power supply and transformer
(2) Furnace with a melting capacity of 10KG
(3) Necessary accessories such as graphite crucible and pliers

Technical advantages of melting furnace:
1. The induction melting technology provide a clean work condition, it does not produce any flame or gas.
2. The induction melting furnace adopts advanced solid state IGBT circuit with strong output power to ensure 24 hours work; 
3. The metal is heated uniformly, and the temperature difference between the core and the surface is extremely small, which improves the product quality;
4. The installation and operation is simple, and it is very easy to replace the crucible to meet the melting requirements of different materials;
5. The convenient size of the induction melting furnace saves valuable floor space. It is suitable for small workshops and school laboratory.
