ROCHO INDUCTION delivered automatic hardening system for excavator parts

ROCHO INDUCTION delivered a new full automatic induction hardening system on December.
A well-known Malaysian excavator manufacturer purchased an induction hardening system for  hardening excavator parts, pins and bushings. The system has an output power of 100kW/80kHz and a customized induction coil, which can harden the outer wall and inner wall of parts with a diameter of 50-300mm and a length of 100-1500mm.

In order to meet customers' automation requirements, ROCHO INDUCTION has customized a double-station fully automatic CNC hardening system, including the following functions:
Automatic feeding
Automatic scanning hardening
Automatic cooling
PLC electric control 
Infrared temperature control

Through induction heating process, the inner wall of the liner bushing is heated rapidly, while water cooling is performed simultaneously, to increase the surface hardness of the cylinder liners, so as to obtain durability and longer engine life.
