ROCHO INDUCTION provides flexible induction coil to match induction heating systems to complete heating and brazing tasks. Most of the metal parts such as the coil body and the sprayer used on the sensor are pure copper, brass, stainless steel and hard alloy. There are two types of brazing methods, hard brazing and soft brazing. The solder for hard brazing is mainly copper solder, brass solder, silver copper solder and tin solder, and the temperature is higher than 500℃. The solder for soft soldering is mainly tin solder. Choosing the right solder and flux can achieve a perfect soldering effect.

The following parameter are the brazing components, melting points and applications of different brazing methods.
