ROCHO offers a wide range of pit type electric resistance furnaces, hardening furnaces, annealing furnaces, tempering furnaces for various heat treatment applications, with high quality and and thermal efficiency.
The pit type resistance furnace is a periodic operation furnace, which is usually used for the heat treatment of long rods and shaft parts. The pit furnace adopts a split structure, and the height can reach 25 meters. For the large carbon steel parts and rings, the the tempering is 650℃-1000℃, and the control system adopts intelligent instruments, PID adjustment, with high temperature control accuracy.
Full fiber pit furnace is mainly used for high temperature soaking, normalizing, tempering, annealing and quenching of alloy rings, flanges, wires and wire rods. The furnace lining is made of a new type of high-purity silk throwing blanket through special processing. The temperature control adopts PID intelligent upper and lower partition automatic control. The temperature can be programmed according to the workpiece process, and the heat preservation curve can be tracked.
The feature of electric pit furnace:
1, Equipped with a large fan device to improve the temperature uniformity in the furnace.
2, Controlled in multiple zones to further improve the uniformity of furnace temperature.
3, Stainless steel air guide barrel inside the furnace
4, The opening and closing of the furnace cover adopts a crane or automatic hydraulic opening and closing mechanism.
5, The furnace cover and furnace body are made of high temperature resistant fiber cotton, which has good heat preservation performance of the furnace body, saves energy and reduces production costs.
