ROCHO INDUCTION has designed a high-frequency induction quenching process suitable for automobile drive shaft flanges. Through the design of the inductor, the size of the gap, and the process parameters such as heating and cooling time, the drive shaft is induction quenched to improve its hardness, wear resistance and service life.
The drive shaft is an important part of the car. It has to bear huge friction during the working process. The drive shaft structure is provided with a flange. The heating position of the flange can be controlled by the positioning fixture, so that it can be rotated and positioned for heating during the induction quenching process, which further ensures the quenching quality, and the operation method is simple and reliable, easy to implement, stable in quality, high efficiency, and has good application value.
