Principle Of Cylinder Liners Hardening

Through induction heating process, the inner wall of the liner bushing is heated rapidly, while water cooling is performed simultaneously, to increase the surface hardness of the cylinder liners, so as to obtain durability and longer engine life.

Automatic Scanning System

High-frequency cylinder liners hardening system uses PLC system and variable frequency system to realize the positioning and scanning of metal work pieces. It has the functions of continuous hardening, simultaneous hardening, sectionally continuous hardening, sectionally simultaneous hardening, etc.

Automatic Feeding System
