Flexible Frequency Design
ROCHO high-frequency induction heating power supply operates within a rated frequency range of 30kHz to 200kHz, with a common frequency range of 30kHz to 80kHz and a heating depth of approximately 1-2mm. Widely used for surface hardening, tube heating, carbide tip welding, hot assembly, gear hardening, and more, our power supply delivers exceptional heating performance. All-Round Protection Function
ROCHO high-frequency induction heating power supply is equipped with multiple protection functions, including over-current protection, water shortage protection, over-heat protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and phase failure/loss protection, as well as other alarm functions. These features automatically alert users in the event of equipment faults, significantly improving overall reliability.
The high frequency induction heating power supply offers two operating modes: constant current and constant power. Choosing the appropriate mode based on the heating state of the workpiece can optimize the heating process, achieve rapid heating, and maximize equipment performance.
The high-frequency induction heating power supply has five key parameters: heating power, thermal power, heating time, thermal time, and cooling time. These parameters can be independently adjusted, making the high frequency machine suitable for applications that require precise temperature control during heating.
The high frequency induction heating power supply can be equipped with an infrared thermometer to achieve automatic temperature control, thereby improving heating quality and temperature control accuracy. It offers the capability of heating the workpiece as a whole or locally, enabling deep penetration of the workpiece or heating only the surface layer.
One particular application where the high-frequency induction heating power supply excels is surface hardening of metal materials, including the hardening of various hardware tools such as pliers, wrenches, hammers, axes, screwdrivers, and scissors.
It is also used for hardening of auto parts, including crankshafts, sprockets, valves, rocker shafts, transmission shafts, and shifting forks.
Other applications include welding of carbide tools such as drills, turning tools, and milling cutters, annealing of stainless steel workpieces like basins, tanks, sinks, tubes, and teacups, and even smelting of precious metals such as gold, silver, and other metal powders.
