Flexible Frequency Design

Low-frequency induction heating power supply can support a variety of induction coils, which allows to handle various workpiece flexibly. By selecting different frequency and power, our induction heaters can achieve the overall or local heat treatment of the workpiece, and it also can achieve the metal surface or deep layer heat treatment.

All-round protection function

Low-frequency induction heating power supply has multiple protection functions including over-current protection, water shortage protection, over-heat protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, phase failure/loss protection and other alarm functions. It will automatically alarm in case of faults, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.

A variety of data, such as current display, voltage display and time display can be found on the display screen, which visualizes the working conditions.

The low-frequency induction heating power supply can be equipped with infrared thermometer to realize automatic temperature control and improve heating quality along with temperature control accuracy.
