Stable Solid State IGBT Power Supply

Carousel feed brazing system, using all solid-state IGBT induction heating power supply, power supply range: 25KW, 30KW, 40KW, 60KW and other types. Constant power output ensures 100% utilization of the power transformer's capacity, and a full range of protection functions to achieve safe and reliable operation and 24-hour stable work.

Fully Automated Operation Process

The induction brazing system does not require manual operation, and can simultaneously complete the entire process, assembly, heating, timing, and pressure, these four station cycle operation, with high production efficiency and low labor intensity.

All-Round Protection Function

The induction brazing system use of pure water circulation processing system, digital flow monitoring system, PLC automatic control system, CPU automatically detects water flow, and is equipped with sound and light alarm devices and fault self-diagnosis functions, It will automatically alarm in case of faults, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.

PLC Control System
The PLC interface is used to display the current, voltage, water circuit, and faults on the screen, Touch screen operation can monitor the running status of the machine, entirely eliminating any guesswork.

Auto Or Manual Mode Operation
The induction brazing system has automatic and manual operation modes. It allows the operator to set parameters, adjust the heating power and time, optimize the heating process, and improve brazing quality.

Uniform Brazing Temperature
The bottom of the composite pot is heated to the proper temperature in three times, which effectively avoids the heating blind zone of the flat induction heater, thereby making the heating temperature more uniform; local induction heating greatly reduces the polishing workload.

Hydraulic Control System
The carousel feed brazing system adopts a hydraulic control system to prevent the pot from being heated and deformed, so that the brazing seam is more perfect and the quality is more stable; the machine has the advantages of uniform heating temperature, quick brazing speed, good brazing quality and power saving.

Eco-Friendly Heating
