The copper tube brazing system use of pure water circulation processing system, digital flow monitoring system, PLC automatic control system, CPU automatically detects water flow, and is equipped with sound and light alarm devices and fault self-diagnosis functions, It will automatically alarm in case of faults, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.

PLC Control System
The PLC interface is used to display the current, voltage, water circuit, and faults on the screen, Touch screen operation can monitor the running status of the machine, entirely eliminating any guesswork.

Auto Or Manual Mode Operation
The induction brazing system has automatic and manual operation modes. It allows the operator to set parameters, adjust the heating power and time, optimize the heating process, and improve brazing quality.

Temperature Control System
The copper tube brazing system use infrared automatic temperature measurement system, automatic clamping, automatic positioning, so ensure the uniform brazing temperature.
