All Solid-State IGBT Drive Circuit

The newest type of portable intelligent induction brazing machine adopts PLC control system, integrated circuit design, and IGBT drive circuit, which significantly improves the resonance wave form, reduces switching losses, increases the stability of high frequency tracking, to provide more stable and better heating uniformity.

Portable Transformer Design

Intelligent brazing system with portable transformer connected to the machine by flexible cables. The hand-held transformer can be used with a variety of heating coils to adapt to different part shape, and it can also be integrated with the robotic arm in the automated production line.

All-Round Protection Function

The intelligent induction brazing system has multiple protection functions including over-current protection, water shortage protection, over-heat protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, phase failure/loss protection and other alarm functions. It will automatically alarm in case of faults, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.

PLC Control System
The PLC interface is used to display the current, voltage, water circuit, and faults on the screen, Touch screen operation can monitor the running status of the machine, entirely eliminating any guesswork.

Auto or manual mode operation
The induction brazing system has automatic and manual operation modes. It allows the operator to set parameters, adjust the heating power and time, optimize the heating process, and improve brazing quality.

Eco-Friendly Heating
The newest Integrated system replaces labor-intensive flame brazing operations. When brazing, there is no open flame, no steam stripping, no thermal radiation, no dust pollution, induction brazing provides a more comfortable working environment.

Integrated Circuit Design
The newest induction brazing system adopts an integrated circuit design, the rectifier cabinet, inverter cabinet and cooling system are integrated, the equipment is small in size, compact and portable, provide more flexibility for the brazing task.

Move Freely

The brazing system is equipped with pulley and can be moved freely. The cable length can be customized, up to 200 meters long. The flexible cable and heating heads allow for the placement in even very tight and inconvenient working environments, such as boiler roworkshop.
