ROCHO hand-held brazing machine uses the principle of ultra-high frequency induction heating to heat the work piece. It is small in size, light in weight, can be moved easily, and the operation is flexible and simple.

Working principle

Handheld type induction brazing machine, also called ultra-high frequency induction brazing machine, has high frequency, stable output, light operating handle and no vibration in operation, which can ensure accurate welding position. The smallest diameter of the work piece that can be brazed is 0.1mm, which is suitable for brazing fine metal workpieces.

All-Round Protection Function

The ultra-high frequency induction heating machine has multiple protection functions including over-current protection, water shortage protection, over-heat protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, phase failure/loss protection and other alarm functions. It will automatically alarm in case of faults, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.

Strong And Ductile Joints
The brazing point is firm, and the brazing position is accurate. UHF induction brazing machine can braze metal work pieces of any shape without damaging the pattern of the metal surface. The crystal structure inside the metal will not change. The annealing range is small and there is no obvious welding scar.

High Brazing Quality
Induction brazing can perform local heating to realize small brazing deformation, less oxidation and decarbonization, smooth, clean and beautiful joints, uniform heating and full weld seam, and avoid solder missing or skips.

High Brazing Efficiency
The ultra-high frequency induction heating speed is very quick, ensuring the minimum heat conduction to the bus bar and preventing insulation failure. It can be equipped with PLC control system, which can braze multiple work pieces at the same time.

Auto or manual mode operation
UHF induction brazing equipment has automatic and manual operation modes. It allows the operator to set parameters, adjust the heating power and time, optimize the heating process, and improve brazing quality.

Environmental Protection

The hand-held transformer is small in size and light in weight. The unique waterproof technology and materials make the transformer resistant to water, weak acid, weak alkali, and high temperature.

The flexible output connection cable can be easily and dexterously approached to the rod, which is convenient for operation and improves the use efficiency.
