Closed Circuit Cooling Tower

The closed circuit cooling tower adopts the dual cooling mode of air-cooled and evaporative heat absorption, which has high cooling efficiency, saves water and reduces energy consumption. Fully closed circulating cooling system, no impurities enters the cooling pipeline system; using soft water circulating cooling, there is no scale formation at high temperatures.

Protect Induction Heating System
Induction heating system will generate heat in the induction magnetic field, overheated temperature will damage the components. Therefore, water cooling should be used to take away this part of the heat to protect the equipment. Installing a proper cooling system will extend the life of the induction power supply, reduce maintenance costs and downtime. The cooling system is easy for operation and maintenance, and is widely used in induction heating systems, forging furnaces, hardening systems, and other heat treatment systems.
Working Principle
The circulating water only circulates inside the cooling tower and exchanges heat with the air for cooling, and then contacts the coil to take away the heat of the working fluid in the coil. The water supply pipe is properly filled with water. Compared with the open cooling tower, the closed cooling tower’s feature is to increase the coil, the liquid working fluid that needs to be cooled flows in the steel coil without direct contact with water, and exchanges heat through the tube wall.
Structure
The complete closed circuit cooling tower includes the tower shell, filling, exhaust system, spray system, circulation system, condenser, PLC electronic control system, etc.
Tower Shell
shell: domestic galvanized zinc / imported galvanized zinc / imported magnesium galvanized aluminum zinc / stainless steel (optional) Thickness: 2-3mm
High strength and toughness, corrosion resistance, suitable for long-distance transportation.
Using laser cutting technology, the workmanship is more precise and beautiful.
PVC Filler
The function of the filler is to cool down and exchange heat when it contacts the heated spray water, excellent PVC raw materials are particularly important for the heat exchange of cooling towers, and can also effectively reduce water drift and save water resources.
Exhaust System
Blade: aluminum alloy, hollow aluminum alloy, carbon fiber, polyethylene (optional)
The low-speed fully enclosed motor adopts ultra-wide fan blades. The fan is composed of aluminum blades and steel hubs. It has the advantages of low wind resistance, large air volume, low noise, high efficiency, and reliable performance. The protection grade is IP55, which is suitable for outdoor use.
Spray System
Spray pump (motor: Siemens, ABB, domestic brands, optional)
Special circulating water pump, protection grade IP55, no leakage, long life. Special outdoor motors and specially configured imported bearings are used to ensure long-term and reliable operation of the pump, with excellent performance such as low power, large flow, and low noise.
Condenser
Material: stainless steel/T2 copper tube
Pipe diameter: 16/19mm
Wall thickness: 0.55-1mm
Stainless steel tube: using seamless tube, durable and excellent under high pressure and high strength conditions. Compared with copper pipe, it is more corrosion resistant and less prone to scaling.
Copper tube: strong texture, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and high pressure resistance. Compared with stainless steel pipes, it has lighter weight, better thermal conductivity, and high recycling rate.
