Open Circuit Cooling Tower

Protect Induction Heating System
Induction heating system will generate heat in the induction magnetic field, overheated temperature will damage the components. Therefore, water cooling should be used to take away this part of the heat to protect the equipment. Installing a proper cooling system will extend the life of the induction power supply, reduce maintenance costs and downtime. The cooling system is easy for operation and maintenance, and is widely used in induction heating systems, forging furnaces, hardening systems, and other heat treatment systems.
Working Principle
The open circuit cooling tower is a device that uses the contact between air and water (direct or indirect) to cool the water. The circulating water is sprayed on the glass fiber filler through the sprinkler pipe, and then the water is in contact with the air to achieve the heat change. And the air circulation in the tower driven by the fan, which can bring out the hot air after heat exchange with water, so as to achieve the effect of cooling circulating water.
Structure
The complete cooling tower includes the tower shell, filling, fan, water distribution system, rotor, ventilation equipment, nozzles, water baffle, water collection tank, etc.
Tower Shell
The tower body is made of high-strength FRP composite material, and the surface gel coat resin contains anti-ultraviolet agent, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, no deformation, no fading.
Filling
Adopt polyvinyl chloride wave plate, with horizontal ribs added, strong water redistribution ability, low resistance, good thermal performance, high temperature resistance of 70 degrees, low temperature of -50 degrees.
Fan
The fan is made of high-grade plastic or aluminum alloy, aluminum alloy plate wing shape or glass fiber reinforced plastic blade, low noise and high efficiency.
Motor
Low noise and energy saving motor,
High temperature resistance.
Good sealing and waterproof performance,
The motor can save up to 30%, and the piping in the tower can be used as a closed loop, which greatly reduces user operating costs.
Deceleration device
Adopts polyester fiber reinforced neoprene power belt transmission, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, does not stretch when exposed to water, overcomes the slipping phenomenon, and has low noise.
Bracket
The steel brackets in the tower are treated with galvanizing process and coated with anti-corrosion paint or electrostatic powder spraying, which has a particularly strong anti-corrosion ability. Fasteners are all galvanized or stainless steel bolts.
