Energy Saving
ROCHO develop a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving furnace. It can well meet the requirements of the aluminum melting process: strict alloy composition, batch production, large capacity, etc. It has the effect of reducing burning loss, improving product quality, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency. 
Working Principle
The aluminum melting furnace converts electrical energy into heat energy through the principle of electromagnetic induction heating. The internal rectifier filter circuit converts the alternating current into direct current, and the control circuit converts the direct current into high-frequency magnetic energy. The high-speed changing current passing through the coil will generate a high-speed changing magnetic field. When the magnetic field lines in the magnetic field pass through the crucible, numerous small eddy currents are generated, which makes the crucible heat at high speed, transfer the heat to the aluminum and alloy, and melt into a liquid state.
All-Round Protection Function
The aluminum melting furnace has multiple protection functions including Intelligent temperature control, electricity leakage, aluminum liquid leakage, overflow, power failure, aluminum liquid over-temperature, crucible leakage alarm and other alarm functions. It will automatically alarm in case of faults, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.
Furnace Top Feeding
The round bottom furnace is adopted, the furnace temperature is uniform, and there is no local over heating and over burning, which improves product quality and extends the service life of the furnace. Furnace top feeding is very convenient, low labor intensity, and feeding does not take up melting time.
Long Crucible Life
The aluminum melting furnace adopt the meilian mine as the refractory material for the overall casting, and the thermal insulation brick and thermal insulation cotton are outside, so the thermal insulation effect is good. The graphite crucible has good thermal conductivity, no iron growth, stable performance and long service life. The graphite crucible can be replaced every 7-8 months, and the service life of the furnace body can reach 5 years.
High Quality Aluminum Liquid
Non-contact heating, the aluminum in the crucible is heated by the heat conduction of the crucible without local high temperature, thereby reducing oxidation loss and high temperature volatilization, greatly reducing impurities in the aluminum liquid, and reducing the combustion loss of aluminum to less than 1.2%.
Precise Temperature Control
The molten aluminum thermocouple protection tube is made of silicon nitride, which has high thermal conductivity, resistance to molten aluminum corrosion, thermal and cold shock resistance, and high strength. The tube can be directly immersed in molten aluminum to measure its temperature, which can ensure the temperature accuracy, composition uniformity and less hydrogen content of the molten aluminum to obtain higher quality molten aluminum.

The aluminum melting furnace is easy to operate and maintain, the melting crucible can be replaced at any time to produce different types of alloy without contaminating molten aluminium.
