High Performance
The induction melting furnace adopts advanced solid state IGBT circuit with strong output power, quick melting speed and high operational stability. The melting temperature can be set in advance and has a heat preservation function. The maximum temperature can reach 1800 degrees celsius.
Technology Process
The induction melting furnace adopt electromagnetic induction heating principle, and the metal is cut by an alternating magnetic field, so that the metal starts to melt after heating up, and then process melting, refining, purification, and casting molds.
All-Round Protection Function
The induction melting furnace consists of three parts: induction heating power supply, compensation capacitor and furnace body. The induction heating power supply has multiple protection functions including over-current protection, water shortage protection, over-heat protection, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, phase failure/loss protection and other alarm functions. It will automatically alarm in case of faults, greatly improving the reliability of the equipment.

High Temperature Crucible
We provide high-quality crucibles specially designed for the melting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. These crucible are manufactured using high-quality raw materials, which are high temperature resistant, porcelain or any inert material, and the metal melts at a temperature of 1700°C.
Ease In Operation
The installation and operation are simple, only need to connect the power supply and water cooling system, and it is very easy to replace the crucible to meet the melting requirements of different materials.
