The principle of induction melting

The metal in the crucible is heated by electromagnetic induction, the metal is instantly heated and melted into liquid, and then smelting, purifying, casting and other processes are carried out.

Electromagnetic stirring effect can ensure uniform temperature and structure of melting metal, less dross and impurities, even heating temperature, less burning loss and uniform metal composition.

Customized induction melting furnace
ROCHO INDUCTION can customize and design induction coils and matching capacitance boxes according to melting volume and specific requirements. For example: the 15KW melting furnace can melt 1 kg to 4 kg of precious metals at a time with melting time of 2 minutes to 10 minutes and highest temperature of 1500-2000 ℃.
